Fundraiser Rules

  • Each team will received a book of raffle tickets for every player (30 tickets @ $2.00 = $60.00)
  • Each player can either sell the tickets or parents can purchase them all
  • Some parents have already purchased their tickets when they signed up. However, they will still receive a book of tickets which they may either put their name on or sell tickets to recoup their money
  • All tickets and money must be turned in on the assigned date and time period.
  • Monday, April 7th T-ball, Tiger 5, Tiger 6, 7u, 8u from 5pm to 7:30pm
  • Tuesday, April 8th 9u, 10u, 11u, 12u, 13u, 14u from 5pm to 7:30pm
  • All tickets must be turned in by a team representative all together.
  •  We will not accept parents turning in tickets individually.
  • All money will be paid in one team check or money order. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED. We will not accept parents turning in money individually.
  • All teams will provide a list showing every player has participated.
  • If a player/family doesn’t participate or doesn’t turn money into team representative prior to assigned turn in date that PLAYER will not be able to play until fundraiser requirement has been met.
